  1. Excellent message. The diagnoses of corruption is clear. Now it requires citizen action.

Don't forget Special Prosecutor David Butcher was appoiinted in August 2013 after Adrian Dix delivered evidence to the RCMP about the Liberals' Multicultural Strategic Outreach Plan Probe.

The Turks have a homely proverb applied on such occasions: they say “the fish stinks first at the head”, meaning, that if the servant is disorderly, it is because the master is so.

  2. What you say is true John…but unless the public becomes far more involved, in the goings on in politics in this province, the BC Lib's will keep on doing what they do. The party structure and the keeping of people “conditioned” and in line, both the members and the public for that matter, is what this system is all about. Control of both the party members and taxpayers by whatever means, to ensure their “agenda” is met. The corruption of this system has taken years to accomplish. The subversive infiltration of politics in this province is well known, and the corpratists and other vested interests, make it their business, to ensure “their agenda” is met.
Truly the only way to defeat this will be by grassroots opposition, youth involvement, block voting and targeted political response. The education of voters of all ages must be made a priority for any democratic opposition to take hold.

The time for anger is long past, let's get organised and do something about the mess, before the damage is irreversible.

  3. Many people are too involved in finding a job, getting to work, paying taxes, raising children, going to soccer practise and dancing lessons to have time to understand the problem, let alone have the energy to get angry about it.

  4. Clark said it all at the celebration of the new “city” of West Kelowna on seemingly slow government decision making: “I have influence”. Like her big brother harper, she is a party of one. Snuffing out the careers of ethical politicians like George Abbott while promoting used car salesman like Rich Coleman. A good indication of what we've become.

Thoreau wrote, “Only that day dawns to which we are awake.”

    Therein lies the problem.
