Last April, Gene Weingarten became the first person to win a second Pulitzer Prize for Feature Writing. He talked recently to journalism students and faculty at the University of Massachusetts. He told the young people:

“I feel old. One way the feeling can get worse is if you’re standing in a room full of intelligent, sophisticated people born in 1991. My car was ‘born’ in 1991.”
