Sometimes a cartoon can say more than many words. This is from the Halifax Chronicle Herald in Nova Scotia where they are experiencing some problems with fish farms.
I check this cartoonist daily and I find he has some great insight into issues.

And now, the virus has been found in Cultus Lake cutthroat trout. Cultus is home to a dwindling run of sockeye salmon.
