We could have pointed out that its a pointless waste of money. If they did build it they WON'T come. There is no market even for royalty free LNG.

Neither Oil nor LNG through neither Prince Rupert nor KItimat will shift the attentions of the Dogwood Initiatives et al as undivided opposition to the dirty fuels export from the Port of Vancouver.
