What does “safe and habitable” mean to “arms-length” Crown Corporation BC Housing’s bureaucracy? And to the Minister in charge?
Ignored, despite multiple complaints, what could distressed tenant Alicia Williams do?
Why not invite a camera crew to the residence to provide proof of the infestation? Then film Housing Minister Christine Boyle busy dancing around the issue. Promising? Absolutely nothing.

Two additional reports highlight what BC Housing claims isn’t their problem..

Cost to have exterminators rid the entire building of insects? Unknown.
Cost to the Ministry of scandals like this? Incalculable.
