As illustrated above, America’s brightest, most enthusiastic, most experienced professional brains are protecting the country. Absolutely.

Iran terrorism fears grow after Trump declared war on Iran. The Daily Mail reports the FBI issued a terrorism alert. But there’s no need to worry! The Trump administration put a 22-year-old with no national security experience in charge of all U.S. terrorism prevention.
In June 2025, ProPublica broke the story about Thomas Fugate, the “intern” put in charge of America’s terrorism prevention. According to ProPublica, Fugate’s prior work experience included landscaping and working in a grocery store.
“One year out of college and with no apparent national security expertise, Thomas Fugate is the Department of Homeland Security official tasked with overseeing the government’s main hub for combating violent extremism.”
Why would Trump appoint a recent college grad with zero national security experience to run a DHS counterterrorism program. Who in the hell is Thomas Fugate and why is he running an important area of our government that has a $18 million budget?

FBI Director Kash Patel would never underestimate the threat of homeland terror in such a dangerous time.
https://crooksandliars.com/2026/03/perfect-timing-kash-patel-just-fired-iran
Kash Patel fired a dozen FBI agents and staff last week for their role in the classified documents investigation of Donald Trump. Included in the loyalty purge was an elite counter espionage unit that investigates threats from foreign adversaries and specializes in Iran, sources told MSNow.
Patel claimed — without evidence — that the team of FBI agents who investigated Trump’s hoarding of top-secret records at his Mar-a-Lago club had engaged in improper investigative steps.
His gutting of the global espionage unit, known as CI-12, came days before Yambo launched Operation Epic Fury, a series of bombing strikes on Iran that killed the country’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
After a previous bombing strike on Iran ordered by Yambo in his first term, it was followed by a series of Iranian operations on U.S. soil to try to assassinate Trump and some of his aides.
CI-12 conducts investigations of illegal media leaks and mishandling of classified documents, but also has veteran agents trained on threats and spy operations with a special focus on the Middle East, including Iran and its proxies, but also Cuba and some terror organizations.

U.S. Troops Told Iran War Is For ‘Armageddon,’ Return Of Jesus.
More than 110 similar complaints about commanders in every branch of the military had been logged by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation from Saturday morning through Monday night.
A combat-unit commander told non-commissioned officers at a briefing Monday that the Iran war is part of God’s plan and that Donald Trump was “anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth,” according to a complaint by a non-commissioned officer.
More than 110 similar complaints about commanders in every branch of the military had been logged by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation from Saturday morning through Monday night.
Complaints came from more than 40 different units spread across at least 30 military installations, the MRFF told substacker Jonathan Larsen’s Monday night. They remain anonymous to prevent retribution by the Defense Department. The Pentagon did not immediately respond to Larsen’s request for comment.

The war to bring Jesus home rejected by majority of Americans?
https://time.com/7382231/iran-us-israel-war-support-polling-trump-republicans-democrats/
The majority of Americans disapprove of the strikes that President Donald Trump ordered against Iran over the weekend, early polling shows.
Only 27% of Americans approved of the U.S.-Israeli bombing of Iran, while 43% disapproved, according to a new poll by Reuters/Ipsos conducted over the weekend, before news that six U.S. soldiers have been killed in Iranian retaliatory attacks. And it’s not the only poll.
A CBS survey taken on Monday and Tuesday found that more than 60% of nearly 1,400 American adults did not think the Trump Administration has provided a clear explanation for the U.S.’s goals in Iran. Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio came under scrutiny over their differing rationales on Iran, with both officials on Tuesday walking back Rubio’s earlier suggestion that Israel may have pressured the U.S. to strike Iran.
The U.S. and Israel’s military operations against Iran come just months before the U.S. midterm elections and could prove to be a key issue, especially as the President, who promised peace in his presidential campaign and claims to have ended eight wars, has signaled the campaign could go on for weeks and may even involve American boots on the ground.

How many polls oppose war?
https://abcnews.com/Politics/americans-support-latest-iran-strikes-3-polls-find/story?id=130689743
Three polls conducted in the wake of the initial U.S. attack on Iran find the American public largely unsupportive of the strikes in the Middle East.
A Washington Post poll conducted on March 1 found 52% of Americans opposed to President Donald Trump ordering airstrikes against Iran this past weekend, with another 39% in support and 9% unsure.
Strong opposition outweighed strong support, 39% to 22%.
While nearly 9 in 10 Democrats and about 6 in 10 independents opposed the strikes in the Post
poll, about 8 in 10 Republicans supported it. Women opposed the strikes by a 26-point margin, while men were roughly split. Younger Americans were more likely to oppose the strikes as well.
Nearly half, 47%, in the Post poll said the U.S. should stop the military strikes against Iran, 25% said the U.S. should continue striking Iran and 28% were unsure.
While 76% of Democrats said the U.S. should stop strikes, a narrower majority of Republicans said the U.S. should continue strikes (54%). Independents said the U.S. should stop rather than continue strikes by about a 3-to-1 margin.
Three-quarters of Americans said in the Post poll that they were concerned about the possibility of the U.S. getting involved in a full-scale war with Iran, including 4 in 10 who said they were “very concerned.”
A CNN poll, conducted from Feb. 28 through March 1, also after the attack on Iran, found 59% of Americans disapproving of the U.S. decision to take military action in Iran, similar to the 56% who said the same in a June 2025 poll, the last time the Trump administration bombed Iran.
Overall, strong disapproval outweighed strong approval, 31% to 16%.
Slight differences in poll results can be attributed to wording differences in various questions and that Americans are still forming their opinions in the days right after a breaking news event.
The poll found 82% of Democrats and 68% of independents disapproving of the U.S. taking military action in Iran, while 77% of Republicans approved of it.
In both the June and current CNN polls, over half of Americans said the United States’ actions would result in Iran finding the U.S. more of a threat to their country and majorities saying that they do not trust Trump to make the right decisions about U.S. use of force in Iran.
Six in 10 Americans said in the most recent CNN poll that Trump does not have a clear plan for handling the situation in Iran. Moreover, 56% said they opposed the U.S. trying to overthrow the Iranian government and 60% opposed the U.S. sending ground troops into Iran.
Nearly 9 in 10 Democrats along with 7 in 10 independents said Trump does not have a clear plan for handling the situation in Iran; over 8 in 10 Republicans said he has a clear plan. Majorities of
Democrats (76%) and independents (64%) oppose the U.S. sending ground troops into Iran; Republicans are more divided with 38% opposed, 27% in favor and 35% unsure.
About 6 in 10 Americans, 62%, said that Trump should be required to get congressional approval for any further military action in Iran. That includes more than 8 in 10 Democrats, nearly 7 in 10 independents and about 3 in 10 Republicans. A 44% plurality of Republicans said Trump should not be required to get congressional approval for further military action in Iran.
The Reuters-Ipsos poll found a 56% majority of Americans saying Trump “is too willing to use military force to advance U.S. interests” while 35% said he has “about the right level of willingness to use military force to advance U.S. interests” and just 5% said he “is not willing enough to use military force to advance U.S. interests.”
Nearly 9 in 10 Democrats along with 6 in 10 independents said Trump is too willing to use military force, while a 73% majority of Republicans said his use was about right.
The Washington Post poll was conducted by text message March 1, 2026, among a sample of 1,003 U.S. adults through the SSRS Opinion Panel and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.4 percentage points overall.
The CNN poll was conducted by text message Feb. 28-March 1, 2026, among a sample of 1,004 U.S. adults through the SSRS Opinion Panel and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.9 percentage points overall.
The Reuters/Ipsos poll was conducted Feb. 28-March 1, 2026, among a sample of 1,282 through the Ipsos KnowledgePanel and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points overall.
